Bespoke Heater Jacket and Control System

Required to improve efficiency and speed of production, our bespoke heater jacket combined silicone wire heater bands and a tailor made insulation jacket, both removable, to raise and maintain the temperature of ink to 60 degrees centigrade for use within the fashion sector.

In addition, a custom control panel was built in order to control the temperature and provide over-temperature protection.
